I travel off-road frequently, so durability was a top priority for me — and honestly, the Land Cruiser has proven itself more than capable. It handles rough terrain effortlessly even in stock condition. Comfort is excellent — the seats are wide and plush, and the suspension is soft enough to keep things smooth even on unpaved roads. Resale value is impressive. I recently checked the market value of my model after a few years of use and was surprised to see how well it holds its price — it barely depreciated! Interior Design: Honestly, the interior doesn’t match the price tag. The design is a bit outdated and the materials used are average. I wish it looked more modern. Around the gear area, there isn’t much practical storage — there are a lot of buttons and little room to place items like my wallet or phone, so I usually just leave them on the passenger seat. Size & City Driving: The car is large, which makes driving in the city a bit challenging. Sometimes I find a parking spot but can’t even fit in it. Space: Extremely spacious — both in the cabin and the trunk. The second-row seats are very comfortable, even for tall passengers. You can stretch your legs easily. The trunk is also large, with good depth and width, though it sits a bit high off the ground, which makes loading luggage a bit difficult. Performance: Driving is smooth, thanks to the large naturally aspirated engine (no turbo). However, takeoff feels a bit sluggish — understandable given the car’s weight and lack of turbo. On the highway, the performance is great; it accelerates steadily even when loaded, without feeling underpowered. Handling & Braking: Handling through corners isn’t great — the car leans quite a bit due to its size and weight. The steering is heavy, especially when turning from a standstill. Braking also takes getting used to — it doesn’t feel strong in the final moments, so you need to start braking a bit early. Fuel Consumption: In the city, it averages around 16 L/100 km, which is expected for a vehicle of this size. It’s slightly better on highways. Exterior Design: The Land Cruiser has a bold, commanding presence. The design isn’t flashy, but its classic and solid look gives it timeless appeal. Interior & Features: The interior design is very simple but functional. The buttons are large and easy to operate without looking. The tactile feel is good, but overall, it lacks the premium feel you’d expect from a car in this price range. Conclusion: The Toyota Land Cruiser is a strong, comfortable, and highly dependable vehicle for long trips and off-road adventures. It has its downsides — like the dated interior and high fuel consumption — but it’s a vehicle you can rely on. Perfect for those who value durability and stability over tech and luxury.
